Google Gemini 3 Pro ഇറങ്ങി 🔥

PLUS: Perplexity will fail? | L8R by Innov8

In partnership with

Google Gemini 3 Pro release aayi..

It beat top models in all kind of tests💀

When Google makes a move this big, the whole AI world stops and pays attention.
Because this isn’t just a model release it's a message.

A message that says:
“We’re not here to compete. We’re here to dominate.”

And it makes you wonder…

If Gemini 3 Pro is this powerful,

How will Elon’s Grok 4.1 fight back?

What is Jeff Bezos really building with his mysterious $6.2B Project Prometheus?

And why are founders at a top AI conference saying Perplexity and even OpenAI might flop?

I’m Alex, Welcome to L8R by Innov8.
Let’s DIVE DEEP 🧠👇

In today’s post:

  • Google’s new Gemini 3 Pro is smart… and not cheap

  • Elon Musk’s Grok 4.1 tries to act wiser and funnier

  • Jeff Bezos builds a secret $6.2B AI lab for the real world

  • At a big AI meet-up, founders say Perplexity and OpenAI might flop

🔥 Google’s new Gemini 3 Pro is smart… and not cheap

Google launched Gemini 3 Pro,

and AntiGravity ( a new vibecoding platform).

🔍 Key Points:

  • Gemini 3 Pro is now inside Google Search, the Gemini app, and Workspace tools like Docs and Gmail.

  • It has a huge memory window (up to 1 million tokens), so it can handle books, long chats, or big codebases in one go.

  • Google says it beats Gemini 2.5 Pro in maths, logic, and multimodal tasks.

  • For developers, the price per “chunk” of text is higher than the older Gemini 2.5 Pro. Bigger prompts cost even more.

  • A special “Deep Think” mode will come later for very hard problems, after extra safety checks.

  • New Antigravity ( cursor alternative) is now free to try😇😇

📰 What’s New?

  • New default “Pro” model for most serious Google AI work.

  • Better at reasoning, coding, and reading images and video.

  • Built-in “agent” that can read your emails, plan tasks, or help with bookings (only after you confirm).

⏭️ What’s Next?

  • Deep Think mode launches later for ultra-hard questions.

  • Google will auto-route easy questions to smaller, cheaper models and send only tough ones to Gemini 3.

  • Expect more “live tools” inside Search, like instant calculators, planners, and small apps made by the model itself

Big AI is very expensive.

🧠 Grok 4.1: Elon’s Chatbot Levels Up

xAI, Elon Musk’s company, released Grok 4.1.

It tries to be funny, honest, and smart at the same time.

The new version says fewer wrong things and feels more like a real person chatting.

🔍 Key Points:

  • Grok 4.1 is an upgrade over Grok 4, with a special “Thinking” version for deeper reasoning.

  • Users in tests picked Grok 4.1 over the old version in most conversations.

  • xAI says hallucinations (confident wrong answers) are cut to about one-third of before.

  • Grok models can use a very large context window (up to around 2 million tokens).

  • Basic Grok chat is free inside X (Twitter), but advanced features need a paid plan.

📰 What’s New?

  • Huge focus on “emotional intelligence” it tries to understand feelings and tone.

  • Extra training using other AIs as “judges” to shape Grok’s style and honesty.

  • Strong scores on online leaderboards for reasoning and creative writing.

⏭️ What’s Next?

  • xAI is working on more tools: better vision, tool-use, maybe images and video later.

  • A proper developer API with clear pricing is expected, but not fully live yet.

  • Grok will keep competing directly with ChatGPT and Gemini, so more fast updates are likely.

Project Prometheus: Bezos’ $6.2B Real-World AI Lab

Jeff Bezos is back in the game with a new AI company called Project Prometheus. Instead of just chatting…

this AI wants to control machines in the real world - robots, factories, maybe even planes and cars.

🔍 Key Points:

  • Project Prometheus has around $6.2 billion in funding huge for a new startup.

  • Jeff Bezos is co-CEO along with scientist-founder Vik Bajaj.

  • The company is hiring top talent from OpenAI, DeepMind, Meta and other big labs.

  • Main goal: build AI that can design, test, and run physical systems, not just text.

  • No public product yet the work is still very secret.

📰 What’s New?

  • Focus on engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, and other hardware areas.

  • Uses trial-and-error style learning for machines, not just data from the internet.

  • Seen as a direct challenge to labs like DeepMind and OpenAI in robotics.

⏭️ What’s Next?

  • First demos could be AI-powered robots, labs, or factory systems.

  • More aggressive hiring war for roboticists and hardware-AI experts.

  • If it works, AI may move from “inside the screen” to real machines around us.

“Most Likely to Flop?” – Perplexity & OpenAI Get Roasted

At the Cerebral Valley AI conference, over 300 founders and investors played a game: “Which AI company would you short?”

The surprise winners of this “most likely to flop” vote were

Perplexity… and even OpenAI.

🔍 Key Points:

  • Journalist Eric Newcomer ran an informal poll at the event.

  • Perplexity AI was voted #1 “most likely to fail,” OpenAI was close behind.

  • Main worry: very high valuations but unclear long-term profits.

  • Some people in the same room still said they’d also invest in these companies.

  • The poll shows how confused and scared people are about an “AI bubble.”

📰 What’s New?

  • Perplexity gives Google-style answers with an AI chat interface, but runs on very expensive compute.

  • Investors ask: can free or cheap AI search really pay for itself?

  • For OpenAI, people worry about huge server costs, leadership drama, and pressure to keep raising money.

⏭️ What’s Next?

  • Investors may start checking business models harder, not just cool tech demos.

  • Perplexity and OpenAI will need to show clear, strong revenue streams.

  • If money dries up, we might see a correction some AI startups could shut down or get bought.

🚨 Quick L8R Summary

  • Google released Gemini 3 Pro, now powering Search, the Gemini app, and Workspace.

  • Elon Musk’s Grok 4.1 upgrade cuts hallucinations by 3× and ranks top in reasoning tests.

  • Jeff Bezos’ Project Prometheus secured $6.2B to build AI for the physical world.

  • At the Cerebral Valley AI Conference, founders voted Perplexity and even OpenAI as “most likely to flop.”

You're the Bottleneck in Your Content System

Most founders reading this know content matters. But between calls, product work, and actually running the business where's the time to record, edit, and post?

Here's the truth: your personal brand can grow without you being in front of a camera daily.

I run the Founder's Clone Challenge an 8-day system that teaches you to build an AI-powered content workflow. By Day 8, you have a digital clone (your voice, your face, your style) that your editor can use to create daily content while you focus on what actually moves your business forward.

100+ founders have already built theirs. Batch 5 starts on November 28.
